Life4u Hi how can i insert box"s for customer's to put their info in name,address etc & when they press send the info will come to my email address.

Mike again sorry i have got my info form in it looks nice but why is only name, email & phone number in yellow not the address details when i look in default browser did i do something wrong

I think you'll find it's one of those features, where those details can be filled in automatically by the visitor's computer - Auto fill I think they call it.
