    Dear friends!

    I have a problem building a site with multiple affiliate banners placed beside each other.

    The peoblem is that after having placed three or four banner sucessfully, the next one is repositioned to a toally different place on the screen.

    This happen the same way if I am previewing or publishing, no difference. I have received one answer earlier saying that the reason in that the banners are placed on top of each other, or touching. This is not the reason as i for testing took 6 banners 120x60 and placed them on a blank page. When adding the seventh beside and in good distance from the rest, it was send down below the other and far to the right. No touch or overlay.

    This is a major problem that needs to be solved. Please look at www.showmemypartner.com where the fourth of the middle banners has been sent away form its place below the three others. I am not able to get it back in line!

    My email adress is per@forica.com

    One question; what is this backtrack issue below on this screen?

    Thanks!

    Take the bookmark off the page that you have at the top left. Then republish your website. If this fixes the banner positions then try and place the bookmark coding back and republish again.

      I tried to remove the bookmark and republished. It did not help, the result can be veiwed on www.showmemypartner.com
      I changed the last banner with a 120x60 banner for the pupose of illustration.

      Thanks!

          Re: Dear friends!

          Hi, I have now looked into code of the banners posted on my site.

          I found that the last banner i published before the erroer occured was significatly differerent that the ones before.

          The ones that looks ok looks like this:

          <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" target="_blank">
          <img src="http://www.tqlkg.com/image-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" width="468" height="60" alt="" border="0"/></a>

          <a href="http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" target="_blank">
          <img src="http://www.lduhtrp.net/image-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" width="468" height="60" alt="" border="0"/></a>
          The one that looks different:
          <a href="http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" target="_blank">
          <img src="http://www.ftjcfx.com/image-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx" width="468" height="60" alt="Meet Other Lesbian Singles - at Lesbian.Date.com!"

          When I removed this banner and put in another "normal looking banner" everything became normal. Is this an error from the issuer of the banner, or should Blue Voda tackle this banner as well?
          Thanks again!

            If you look at that code you will notice it starts with < which is correct. However the entire snippet should finish with > to close the code. Try typing > at the end and see what happens.
            This can sometimes occur when you are copying and pasting these code snippets and don't notice you have missed the first < or the last >.

              Almost there! Good eye, Lance!

              Try this, actually:

              <a href="http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" target="_blank">
              <img src="http://www.ftjcfx.com/image-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx" width="468" height="60" alt="Meet Other Lesbian Singles - at Lesbian.Date.com!"/></a>

                Thanks Vasili! As you may have noticed, HTML is not my strong point!
