mass emailing coming my way!?

good evening.

this evening i recived around 90 emails within a few minutes via a form on one of my sites. www.findachihuahua.co.uk they just seemed to have a '>' in the email address subject bar.

was this some prat or was i under attack? lol

would like to know if anyone has any ideas?
