I inserted the menu bars as outlined in the video with the roll over color change on the font. However I do not get the rollover effect on the Home page that they are located on.

Someimes your computer will block the active-x component (in preview mode) so it will not display or work correctly, unless you allow it to run. Since this is your site you are building there is no danger in allowing them.
Is that what is happening? If not double check that you have the right color/text effect in the right drop down box that you want, I have often mixed these up and you will not see what you expect.Comment

Thanks for the totally accurate reply. I think I love you. I had no idea about the preview mode and when I clicked it all of a sudden I have a great web site started. More than what I expected. I find the tutorials helpful but not organized in a logical order and not very explanatory as to what some of the features do. Normally, I work on this site after hours 6pm on until... Since you seem to be obviously knowledgeable, would it be okay to email you directly with questions??
