    Page Refreshing

Hi, I have searched and searched but cannot find the answer.
OK heres the prob, everytime i publish changes to my pages i have to refresh the web browser to show up the new changes..
thats fine because i know to do it but what about visitors that come to the site and keep getting old pages and they do not even know that its updated or anything.

I am certain i seen somewhere before about a code we can put into each page to make them refresh themselves but i cannot find it.

    Please help somebody. Thankya all.

Refresh is only a problem on your local computer. Every time I go, it'll show me your latest update, unless you happen to update while I'm viewing your page.

You can put in a no cache tag to stop this. But this is normally used for things like news sites where the content might be changing every minute. If this is used? you will have to ensure you have very fast pages or the visitors will get driven away.
