How do i center flash?

Iv just got bluevoda and im making a site with alot of flash content on it and i cant figure out how to make the flash box thingy centered. I only need it centered horizontaly but if you could tell me how to center it both horizontaly and verticly for the future. thanks.
P.s. Sorry for all the bad terms ect i know very little about this.

Use the ruler guidelines and mouse on your flash element til you get the handles then move your cursor to the top center handle and put it center of your webpage.. if your page is 800 then you center the handle at the 400 mark. Same thing up and down.
