how to link to a link that's in the middle a page

Hi guys
My site (not published)has a page with links which I'll like visitors to land directly to.This should avoid landing at it and then scroll the link intended.
With my limited coding knowledge,here's how I think this can be achieved.e.g,www.mysite.co.za/index/smallest.html and now I'm stuck.The 'smallest.html' page, contains an article in the middle
which I want to link to directly from the index page.

we have a tool called bookmark. that will do what you need done.
