Publishing fonts that not all computers can read

    Hello,

I have fonts "segoe print and segoe script" on my site HOWEVER they cant be read by all computers, long from all computers.

What are the requirements to be able to see that fonts in the browser (instead of converting into arial?

Is it a browser issue, operative system issue or something else?

Please reply ONLY if you KNOW and do not have "an idea"

    Thanks

The fonts must exist on the viewer's computer. Uncommon fonts like sergoe will not show properly. Either use a web friendly font (google for a list) or convert your words to an image. If you do, the search engines can no longer read the words, so you have to decide which is most important to you.

Just Google for "web friendly fonts" and compare.

There are also font settings under browser Tools.

You may set your settings to view your own webpage correctly but, there are millions who does not have the same settings and distortion will occour for them.

You could place the image on top of the font, and edit the font smaller to fit in the image space, thus you get both...
