This one is known as a vBulletin Forum and is not Free and you can obtain one HERE you will need to manually install this forum

Or there are two in your vodahost c-panel phpBB AND SWF which are free.
and can be installed from there.

The best you can do is to log in CP, then Fantastico Deluxe. You'll see phpBB and SMF in left under discussion boards. You can install them for free and easily.
