Copy hyperlinks

I have basic text links that I would like on every page but don't want to re-do them every time. I can copy and paste the text but the link is lost and needs to be re-done every time. Is there a way to do this without using some type of menu bar? I was told that spiders don't recognize navigation bars as links to pages and if your pages need to be linked..... there has to be another way.

Delete everything on the page that is not on all pages and use that as a template for additional pages.
