Hi,
I'm building my website but i have these caracters behind my header and above my website name it should be a red stripe.

Can someone look at my site and help me with this issue?

i believe this happens because you have saved the page as html and it has a form. if it has a form then you must save it as php. go to page properties and make the change, save and republish.
