    Protecting web-pages (index page)

    Hi

My website is (deafsoftball.org) and the entire website is not completely done. When some one types in my domain name and its suppose to be blocked with a user name and password to have access to my website. Apparently its not blocking or protecting my page from public to see.. I just want the protection page up for some people to have access till the website is fully completed then I will remove the protected part.

Any one who is familiar with this on how to set up the protecting web page of my website?
