My site is not found by the main page

Well here i go, i have a problem, my site is found by google but the first page is not any more my index page how it was before, but another one from my site, my question is how could this happen, what i did wrong, (if so) and what i can do to solve this.

the last changes i made where in my index page i added a text link to a new page, but i haven't changed the name of my index page at all..

i hope someone can give me an idea...
