Move BVP file to New computer?

    Alureings.com/PJMotorports.com
We bought a new computer, put the Blue Voda builder program
on the new computer, it created a file (windows 7) and tried to transfer all my files from old computer (windows XP)
to new conputer. When I try to open my pages, to work on them my images are not there, the pages are distorted.
What did I do wrong? or can I transfer this file to another computer?
    Thanks Paul

It's because the path to the images was different on the old computer from the new. You need to reinsert each image onto the pages--time consuming but once it's done you're good to go. Windows 7 has a hidden folder that replaces the old "documents and settings" folder from previous Windows versions. There is no workaround, it is impossible to have the same path on Windows 7 as you once had, so you need to reinsert the images so BV understands the new path.
