anchors and menu bars

I probably put this in the wrong place the first time.

I have 2 pages, "index" and "info". I put a menu bar on index and want each button on that menu bar to reference a different location on the info page. What do I put in the properties of each menu bar button to link it to a specific area of text on the 2nd page?
