Failed To Copy File

I am trying to save a page that I have been working on and when I hit save I get a message saying "Failed to Copy File", "The stystem cannot find the file specified". Not sure about what to do. I've tried to name it something else and of course that didn't work. I even tried to copy and paste everything on a new page and that didn't work. I deleted everything that I did with that page at that time and it still comes up with that error message. Aside from creating a whole new page I'm stuck.

Any suggestion would be very much appreciated.

This error message indicates one of more images can not be located on your harddisk. Verify all the images in your webpage and make sure they exist.

I got it to work. Thanks Pablo. I did a "select all" and noticed that there was some stuff on the page that I couldn't see (invisible). I deleted it and now I'm fine.
