When adding a Bulleted List the CIRCLE, DISC, & SQUARE bullett syles will not display

Trying to add a Bulleted List to one of my web pages. I've tried using the Circle, Disc, and Square
Bullett Styles and none of them will display in preview mode or when the page is published.

The other 6 Bullett Style options will display fine though: Number, Lower & Upper Alpha, Lower &
Upper Roman, and Custom Image.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
