upload/publish problem!

HELP! I havent updated my site in years....i went to update a page and was trying to publish but apparently the stored setting of the IP address is incorrect because it won't connect. I havent updated my version of BV (not sure if there is a new one?) b/c I dont remember my login info and the password was stored - so i'm afraid if i upgrade BV it will lose this info!

Contact Customer Support for updated details regarding your active hosting account, Keri, preferably before a Lockout is applied for trying unsuccessfully to logon three or more times (the servers perceive it as a hack attempt).
