Background color

Hello,

I am trying to set the background color of my webpage to black. I am doing the folloing:
1.page properties
2.formatting-->background color set to black
3. save page and publish.

When I load the web page( IE, Chrome) , the background appears black for a few seconds and then turns to white..
I cannot figure out ,what i am doing wrong

It is your local system (your computer) only ... the page displays properly online.

Clean up your browser cache, Temp files, and refresh your browsers.
