installing BlueVoda on Windows 8.1

I tried to install BlueVoda on my Windows 8.1 computer but I get an error message that says BlueVoda does not support Windows 8.1. Surely that is incorrect. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, BlueVoda does work on Windows 8.1, we have tested this, we suggest that you delete the current download, then download again and try running the installer. If it still fails, you should try creating a new user for Windows, and see if it will run there, if you need help, please open a support ticket!
