adding html

When adding html to site (by cut and past) I know you have to click on the html button (haven't done it yet) but does the code have to be put in a certain place? I know like the header or body but in order to get it in the right place does it have to be put in a certain spot? Does html have to be put in a certain order?

It depend on the code your trying to add and the action required , differant code needs to be in differant places. Some can be placed in the htmp box and put where you want it to be on the screen..i.e. count, clock etc. others need to be added into the page code, this i done on right clicking then click "page html."
