Publishing blue voda pages through different program

Hi,
I know the title isn't that clear but let me explain...
I am about to design my website and I will be using a membership script/programme so I can include profiles for my members. The script I want to use is very flexable and html template based, so that it can be customed designed. Once someone has created a design, they can just copy and paste the html into the programme and everything should work fine.
My question is...
If I use blue voda to design my templates and then copy and paste the html source code into this membership programme, will everything work smoothly. I understand that blue voda needs vodahost for publishing and I have vodahostweb hosting, but I am not publishing directly from blue voda?
