URL is rickwilliamsphoto.com Page not publishing correctly is form4.html
I have created and published a page with a form on it. The page is called form4.html. The .php file for the page has shown up in my CPanel file Manager, but the actual html page has not. My browser returns a 404 error for the page in question. Other pages that do not have a form on them are publishing OK. Can someone please tell me what is going on?
I have cleared my cache (CClean and dns flush).
The page with the form is being told to publish to same location as all my other pages.
Since this is my primary contact for leads, it's essential to get this working again.
