Sound on a Menu Bar

I have see that there is possibility to insert a sound with a Navigation Bar, but there isn't possibility to insert a sound in a Menu Bar.

I would insert a sound over the buttons of my Menu Bar on my site, is it possible?

I use Menu Bar because I have sub-items ...
