I was given the go ahead to download the bv and then to find my new IP so that I can make changes and publish pages. But...my new IP is not there. In fact nothing has changed. It still shows the old IP addresses. I have sent in a support ticket and they asked if I had done a download. Yes I have. Any suggestions?

Hi CiCi. Your new IP address is 75.126.169.139 . I just checked the latest version of BV and this IP address is there. Please check again your installation. If necessary, delete your browser temporary files, redownload BV and INSTALL again.

I feel silly asking this but I can't remember how to find the temp files in the browser. I went to tools and options but didn't see them. I am using Firefox. Any help please.Comment
