Mystery Publishing Problem

Hi guys! Need some advice...
I have made changes to the "links" page on my Real Estate site. All my pages have "no cache" HTML. The only change I made was to move things around on the page. It publishes without problems (successful). But the changes do not show up afterwards.
Mysteriously, I've published other changes to the site that show up just fine, i.e. ror sitemap.
Any ideas?
