Marcie: Vodahost insists that you change your password every now and then for your protection. I had not done that and they changed them for me and sent me an email. You may want to check your email or or spam email to see if you have received an email with your new password. If you still don't find it, then you need to submit a support ticket and your password can be reset again.Cindy Smentowski
