    Hello,

been trying to publish pages with BV 10, however my server ip 70.86.224.210 doesnt appear in the publishing window. It start with 67....and then jumps to 74...... . I have tried downloading BV10 again and installed it again but no luck.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    thanks for you help.

      Re: server ip

hiya, thanks for the reply. I just looked and the ID is written on the mail I got from vodahost however its got ns5 & ns6 as server names (I have published my site a loooonggg time ago and didnt update so something must have changed) I now tried connecting to the ip corresponding with server ns5&6 but then sais password and login incorrect...

??? Might be best to submit a support ticket.

Hi, a support ticket might be best as every one had their pass words changed for a security update quite a wile back & you had to put in a support ticket to get a new one. So this maybe part of the problem.
        Regards Chris.

            Hi Mavi Kus,

            Same problem happend to me!
What you have to do, is upgrade your BV website builder for the latest version, as this one has all servers including the new ones.

Go to BV home, download new version 10., save it to desktop.
Then run the set up file to the same location you have the other version of Blue Voda, and select overwrite if necessary.

Then open again your page, and press publish icon.
Your server IP shall be listed there!
            It solved my problem!

            Good Luck!
