Cannot see IP address - need to dowload new version of Bluevoda

Hi,
I'm very new to this so please be gentle. This is the first time I'm trying to publish a website. I could not see my IP address so had a look in the support section. I read that I need to download the latest version of Bluevoda in order to see my IP address but at the end of this it directed me to a window to purchase Winzip to unzip the new version of bluevoda. Is it necessary to unzip this new version of bluevoda and do I have to use winzip and pay for it. I downloaded my first version of bluevoda a while back so cannot remember what I did.

After this, you just have to install it, and then start building great websites.

Please note that, when publishing, after you press publish button in toolbar, you must check if your server IP is the one appearing in your window. If not, drop drown your menu and search for it.
