Can't find IP address in publishing drop down

Hi everyone, I have just tried to publish my first page but my IP address does not show up in the publishing drop down menu (www.shopdixie.biz). How do I get my address to show up please? Thanks in advance.

Re-download BV to re-populate the drop down with new ip address. (You wont loose your work)
