Preview problem~help asap

im a newby on BV and im having a problem bout the preview,
i had my designs and made my page looks good on BV but when preview it, it doesnt seem right coz it got scroll bar under and the webpage looks really huge!
so my designs doesnt seem to be on the middle on webpage but on BV it looks great, can someone please let me know waht can i do bout it? ill appreciate it a lot!

Need to keep the pages under 1000 wide. This might help!
