When can I start publishing

Hi...

Just bought my domainname... verified... and got my welcoming e-mail! Says it'll be 24-72 hours before the site is accessible for the Internet. When can I start publishing my sites? I've tried with my index site.. I fill in the form with the IP adress, username and password.. and hits the button - but then I get a window with a download bar and it's frozen... and it says "This program does not answer..." Am I too quick... should I wait 24-72 hours before I start publish... If so.. how do I find out when to start publishing the sites?..
Many questions... I know ... but I hope you're able to help out...

As you have your welcome email, you should be able to publish to your site
now. but it will take time for it to spread throughout the internet.

The above sounds like a connection or upload problem....

keep trying, or reboot and then retry.
