Hi, I creating a web site for my daughter who is a tennis prodigy and one of the pages I want it to be is a fanzone. Not sure of how i can do this if some one can help please. I would like it as if something like Q & A. Is there a form I can use.

Try using a CMS platform such as Wordpress in order to provide the interactive functions you are likely referring to (comments, replies, Login, etc.).
You can do a number of Google Searches to find details for the functions you desire that you can identify on other such similar sites (analyze other similar websites that have the features you want) as well as on the official Wordpress site www.Wordpress.org
