sale of website second hosting package

hi there
I have a webhosting account with vodahost with 3 websites
I have recently sold 1 of my businesses and its website (my main domain)

I need to create a new hosting account and transfer the domain over so I can hand it over to the new owner
I cant seem to create a new hosting account using the vodahost website as the domain is already registered
and make one of my other websites the main domain for the webhosting account I wish to keep
