Expand Descriptions in PayPal?

How do I get a seperate page to open when clicking on a specific product that I am advertising for sale (I need to put a paypal button and description on this page).Where in Blue Voda is the correct application for achieving this?

Also on many sites when someone is selling a product and the cursor hovers over it the picture enlarges, is this possible in Blue Voda.
Plus when I click through my website the pages load quickly but not seamlessly, have I done something wrong?
