what is this? /pngfix.***

all of a sudden this thing is listed in my c-panel as a top hit, but I don't know what it is, or what I should do with it.

I don't want to open it & risk my computer. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

You will require pngfix to view .png images.

Without it your .png images will not be visible in browsers like IE.
