My Transfer has finally gone through. Thank you for your help. My question now is how do I know when the transfer is complete? Can I just publish my new bluevoda website and that will replace the one that was just transfered? Thanks

You say your transfer has gone through, how do you know that, how is this confirmed, so this may mean your transfer is complete? You could try publishing a page as index ... and then typing in your url http://www.etc
and check to see if you see it ...
