Domain Name transfer question

We transfered the domain name caitlinscottjewelry.com from *******.com several months ago to BlueVoda. From there we built a nice working website that has been wonderful. We recently recieved a message from *******.com (the original Domain host) for a yearly renewal. At this same time, caitlinscottjewelry.com began to no longer work. It brings you to a place holder on *******.com instead of Vodahost.
I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue or has a suggestion as to what to to do. We are all paid up with BlueVoda and did a legit domain switch, so why would it suddenly not work on Voda and *******.com be involved at all???
If anyone has any insight we would GREATLY appreciate it.

You need to renew the domain name from where you got the notice. domain name is not included in the hosting fee. You pay for it seperate.
