Question on IP Publishing Address

I'm finally got the 'go ahead' to publish a website for a friend. (KissingerKennels.com) The initial Voda Host confirimation wants me to publish the IP address to 208.43.222.134, but that is not an option on the drop down. What am I missin? I've done this before, but now I'm confused. I believe it's a temp URL......what do I do?

Download the newest version of BV. The version you have only has the IP addresses up to the date you downloaded it, the IP you have was added after you downloaded BV
