Can I set my e-mail log in on my webpage??

My page name is: Www.AtlantaHispano.NET I'll like to know if there is any way i can set up or put my e-mail log in on my webpage,
Reason. I cannot just get on any computer on log in to my e-mail
this is BV e-mail. so I allways go to go true som hoops to log in if I'm not at home
I will like to put like the same Cpanel log in stuf on my page to just logon to my page, fill the blanks on check my e-mail.

I hope I explain my self well, Please Help on this.
