mp4 problem...help

I purchased MP4 players for my kids, but my computer does not regnize the players when I connect to USB port. USP root shows "unknown device". Please help. Kids unhappy.

find the name of the mp4 then go to site and sdownload the driver for them or use the driver disc with them, windows doesnt recognise them because windows doesnt have the driver for them already installed
