    Linking sites and password protection!!??

Hi there i posted one thread but its confusing so i closed it and make this one.

Now my question is How to link one page to another iwth menu buttons, now i watched the video about it but when i tried it for example:

    Button name: Home
    URL: www.mmchome.com

Now when i tried this out it siad it could not find my page?!
do you have to publish it?
or does it have to do with the name of your page?

    2nd question(passowrd protection)

now i want to have a area in my site where its password protected
For example: I have a members area in my site but i want it so when the members try to get in they have to put in a password.
