    I figured I would try the forums since no one has contacted me via email. I am a new customer that is still currently waiting for my login information to be sent via email. I have sent a support ticket but got a response asking me for my account information. I could not provide this information because no information on my account has been sent since I paid. Can someone please tell me what is going on and why I have not been contacted so far. I signed up yesterday at 6:00pm.

      I am quite aware that I was informed "after" the fact. If this is your policy then that's fine, but it always makes more sense to know what you're getting into before the fact and not afterwards.
