My IP address isnt showing up on the list when I want to publish my site. Is this because it is a temporary? When can I expect to get a permanent one so I can Publish? I am cocsermons.com not that that will help anyone. Is it safe to tell you my IP address to verify that it isnt on the list?

No, it is probably because your IP address has been added recently . You need to download and install the latest BV version and your IP address will be there.Navaldesign
