How Do I add a picture to my forum?

I notice a lot of people have pictures on their threads (Some really weird) can I add a picture from my picture file? I have no url for pictures.

Quick Links >> Edit Profile >> Edit Avatar.

Follow instructions on Avatar page. You must resize your pictures as explained on this page, and yes, you can use your pictures on your pc. That is Option 2 on the avatar page.

Use pixresizer to resize your picture.
