Rollover NOT deleted from the html file

I deleted the rollover picture from my page, yet the .html file has not been updated. When i run the page, shadow of the picture shows on the screen.
I am on BV 9.1.0 - is there a patch available? OR am I doing something wrong?

Sorry, i fixed it. Anyway the one i published i corrected in html format.
