Can I hyperlink text to an email?

I presume that you mean you want a piece of text hyperlinked so that it brings up a New Blank Email in the browser that is already addressed to where you want the email sent? If so the answer is yes.
Highlight the text with your mouse, click the global link symbol in top menu bar OR from Insert dropdown menu OR just use CTRL-K keys. From that select Mailto: from the list, and immediately after that type in the email address you want inserted in the emails. Also select, _Blank so it opens in new page.
You can preview it in you browser and it will work there so you can check before saving and publishing.
eg: mailto:info@yourdomain. com

Beware of the Slimy Grimy Crawly Email Harvesters, LOL, that go slithering across the internet looking for these poor unsuspecting, unprotected email addresses, LMBO ..
