Guest book question / problem

I published a guest book on one of my sites,

www.clearfieldthunder.com/guestbookdb.php

I am getting this message showing

Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /home/ipmyvm/public_html/clearfieldthunder.com/guestbook.php on line 251

Anyone have a solution to this?

This is an add on domain.
