How do I link my web pages together?

I've tried everything but cannot link my pages together. I know I am doing something wrong, can anyone tell what to do. Thanks

Are you a VodaHost customer? Links won't work if you haven't published the various pages and you can't publish if you haven't yet signed up for service.

If you are a customer, post a link to your index page so we can see what might be wrong.
