Utterly basic question

I downloaded the free webpage creator. It has showed up on my desktop, but Windows Vista refuses to open it up, thinking that it is some kind of a video. What have I done wrong? How do I get started.

You will need winzip to unzip the folder .. once it is unzipped it will go properly into your program files ..

Once you are set up and begin building your webpages, to publish you will then want to order your voda hosting account .. and all will be good ..

Right Click on the folder and run as administrator. That should clear up the vista issue.
